I feel that you have been able to correctly point out that there are five concrete steps which contribute to the successful accomplishment of the EFE Matrix. I feel that it is important to understand the external and the internal implications of any particular matrix be it the EFE Matrix or any other Matrix. This is because it is not always true or mandatory that there will be external and internal implications of a particular matrix which will be similar and not different.
